We are headed to Zion National Park for Rise Up 2023 and you are invited to come along.

What to expect: a time to connect with others, to get out in nature, to relax, to reset, to look back at how far you’ve come and dream about where you are going.

I’ll be there September 3-7.

Want to meet there? I’d love to have you join the celebration of the journey I’ve been on.

Message for more details. If you can’t join physically, please plan on joining in spirit.

On September 4, 2021 I found myself in a very dark place and very broken. The journey to feel again, to find joy and to honestly just get out of bed has been a long hard climb. I’ve learned so much as I have worked at healing and finding myself. My kids have been on this journey with me…scared, angry, and sad many days. Join us this Sunday as we celebrate survival and strength. My hope is that you will join me Sunday by going out and doing something uncomfortable…something that might scare you a bit. Grab family or friends to join you as I have learned on my healing journey that we are stronger together. Encourage each other. Trust each other.

And if you are feeling broken I feel the pain with you. I see you. I truly understand. You are not alone. You will Rise Up.

Join us Sunday by going out and getting uncomfortable. My journey is far from over, but Sunday we will celebrate we are stronger than a year ago.
