September is here, and the calling of fall in the outside studio is so magical. ✨🪄💖🪩🎐I would love for you to experience a healing arts studio experience in our peaceful 🌳🌀Outdoor Eco-Portal.🌀🌳 It is a tranquil sanctuary of nature, drumming, vibrational sound healing, yoga, voice, and embodied movement, plant medicine, animal love, and beautiful somatic healing in silence, peace, rebozo and closing the bones ritual, with a whole lotta love. Our world needs a heavy dose of love right now, doesn’t it? We will curate what your soul needs when you get here, and we always visualize fascia as the silver lining, because it is.

☀️ 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM - this session is in the outdoor studio on the patio, overlooking the water, deeply steeped in morning nature sounds, drum and embodied movement, and a deep sound savasana with optional rebozo wrap. 🧘🏼Usually a Hatha session, sometimes Yin or Restorative.🧘🏼 Sometimes we dance and sing!

☀️🌊 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM - this session is a small group water session, and is a somatosensory shamanic drum journey with voice, somatic awareness, and trance like inward reflection, inviting in nervous system restoration. 🦴Deeply Restorative🦴 Please dress for an evening water session. 🌟🌟We will be in the hot tub tonight, with the water drums, and a beautiful sun setting, for this session.

🌬️🪘❤️🎐🙏🪈🌊🌀🕊️🧘‍♂️💫 Creating tranquil, shared spaces with healing drum, voice, and sound, simple, sacred practices, and following the Earths Rhythms, and living close for the earth, is right where we need to be. Sometimes it’s a bit of vulnerable space with a home studio, but it works! Living an authentic, intentional, life with roots and ritual, lead by the heart, and ancient healing arts, and sharing our lifestyle, and our journey, and my “work” has led to meeting so many wonderful people. A renewed faith in humanity in the world we are living in.

❤️🪘❤️ I’m sharing a few testimonials that have been posted on Facebook, and sent, these last weeks of summer, because I do have “business,” not a brand. Goodness, I get so many marketers that want to “work” on my biz page, and improve my brand - no thank you, I will stay true to simplicity of who I am. Good grief, I can keep up with that!😅🥰 As I share my lifestyle, and create most of my healing tools, and it’s harvest season, this works the best for me. Thank you all for sharing your stories. They matter, your journey matters in this hurried, time scripted life we live in. Testimonials are the best way to convey the messages of healing, community, connections, awakening and awareness, and I thank you all for your shares. To witness all of you stepping into your essence, freedom, and power, and trusting yourselves, and encouraging other women to step into theirs, is embracing the collective realm, and the true healing of humanity.
