For sanitary purposes we do NOT accept refunds on cosmetics. The initial shipping costs incurred by the buyer will not be refunded.

If you wish to exchange a product, the item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition it was when shipped. Email us at [email protected]. Give us your name, order number, and explanation as to why you want to exchange your purchase. We promise to answer within 24 hours.
