Most people only notice event coordination when it fails.

A ceremony has two jobs. The logistics need to work, and the moment still needs to mean something to the people standing inside it.

Someone has to watch timing, transitions, accessibility, family dynamics, missing items, nervous speakers, and the hundred small decisions guests should never have to carry.

That is not separate from the meaning. Protecting the structure gives the meaning somewhere to land.
