A year ago today, I met Chef William Bj Hummons during an impromptu meditation I created on my FB Live.

I felt a “calling” to go live with a brief sound healing. I really didn’t physically want to but the “calling” wouldn’t let me be at ease. The Universe knew exactly what she was doing in pulling me forward.

Chef jumped on my feed. He was visiting NYC, my hometown, and it was around 1:00am EST. He, as well as a few others who were on the west coast, were present for the sound healing. It was through this brief encounter that Chef and I became friends and subsequently developed our brand Food For Thought

How about this as a gentle reminder about Manifestations ❣️
