FRIDAY THE 13TH TRIPLE SPECIAL

OFFICIAL RULES & CONDITIONS – 2026

📅 EVENT STRUCTURE

This promotion consists of three separate Friday the 13th weekend events held in:
• February
• March
• November

Each event runs Friday through Sunday.

➡️ Total event days: 9
➡️ Total tattoos required: 9
➡️ One tattoo per person per event day

🖋 TATTOO REQUIREMENTS
1. Each tattoo has a minimum price of $30.
2. One tattoo per person per day only.
3. Tattoos must be completed on the official event dates.
4. Tattoos completed outside event dates do not count.
5. No substitutions, reschedules, or rain checks apply.

🎟 POKER CHIP PROOF SYSTEM
1. After each tattoo is completed, the client receives one poker chip.
2. Each poker chip represents one specific event day.
3. Poker chips are non-transferable.
4. Poker chips cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
5. All 9 original poker chips must be presented to qualify for the reward.
6. Poker chips must be retained by the same individual who received the tattoos.

🏆 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the reward, a client must:
1. Attend all 9 event days.
2. Receive one tattoo per event day.
3. Meet the $30 minimum per tattoo.
4. Collect and present all 9 poker chips.
5. Complete all participation within the same calendar year.

Failure to meet any requirement results in disqualification.

🎁 REWARD: QUARTER SLEEVE TATTOO VOUCHER
1. The Quarter Sleeve Voucher is awarded only after all 9 tattoos are completed.
2. Voucher is non-transferable.
3. Voucher cannot be gifted, sold, traded, or shared.
4. Voucher has no cash value.
5. Voucher is valid only for the individual who completed all 9 event days.
6. Voucher redemption is subject to artist approval, shop scheduling, and shop policies.
7. Voucher must be redeemed within the shop’s designated timeframe.

🚫 DISQUALIFICATION CONDITIONS

A participant will be disqualified if:
• Any event day is missed
• Any poker chip is missing
• Poker chips are transferred or duplicated
• Minimum tattoo price is not met
• Fraud or misrepresentation is attempted
• Tattoos are completed at another shop
