BUT WHAT IS REIKI??
Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing accessed by practitioners who are attuned to a higher frequency and able to transmit negative energy out of your body and chakras, sending it back to the Earth. While each practitioner each has their own way of doing things and develops their own techniques overtime, the premise is the same. What’s most important is that you work with someone you trust so that you can be open and honest with them so that the practitioner can best serve you in your healing journey — despite what you try to hide, your darkness and your light is likely to be seen and felt. Innerstand that we are not bringing your darkness to the surface to judge your past in anyway, but rather to assist you in releasing the personal judgement you carry from having the experience, and thereby guide you deeper into your healing journey.

In my own practice, I use a combination of crystals, sage, essential oils and sound healing along with the guidance and protection of your Ancestors and Guides (as well as my own) to work thru me as a vessel during your session. Each one varies and is completely dependent on the direction I’m given, and what’s deemed necessary/correct for you in that moment/for your healing.

THE RESULT? Clients have mentioned some of these following outcomes:
Alignment.
Lightness.
The feeling of weight being lifted off of your shoulders.

Resolve.

I am SO excited to embark on this new journey into myself as a healer and Reiki Practitioner with ✿ Shannon Lynn ✿] … I’ve been getting the messages lately that I need to get my Reiki Master Certification, and could not think of a more qualified person to study under… and low and behold, I see an email announcing registration closing for this upcoming certification. Divinely guided and in full trust, I applied and was graciously accepted.
It’s so beautiful how the universe brings people together and how individual evolution circle us back to each other along the way. I’ve actually known Shannon from a past life in this current one as one of her LA makeup artists when she was reigning Miss Canada. While we both have since parted those industries, we individually went on our own healing journeys which has lead us back together again.
