Day 212 - GETTING IT DONE! 💪

45 minutes a day. Walking or exercising. No excuses. And today I finally got to ride my NEW bike!

It's been a journey - it's a demo bike so it came in about 2.5 weeks ago with some damage and needed repair parts. It's been in the shop for the last two weeks, but I got it out TODAY and I got it done. Super excited!

At 58 years young, I'm just grateful to be able to do the things I do. Consistency + excellent products I take every day.

Day 116 out here cutting part of this grass. Still need to get the riding lawnmower fixed, but honestly it’s good to get my steps in. **Day 114: Getting it done… sick and all 😷💪**

Patty got me sick as a dog — sinuses + chest cold bug have me moving slow. I was out yesterday, and I’m at it again today.

We’re in a pause right now. Thor only wanted 25 minutes before he tapped out, so *Patty’s getting him settled* while I gear up to head back out and finish my walk.

Teamwork makes the streak work. Streaks don’t care if you’re 100%. They care that you show up.

Patty me contagió y estoy enfermo como un perro — sinusitis + resfriado de pecho que me tiene lento. Salí ayer, y hoy estoy aquí otra vez.

Estamos en pausa ahora. Thor solo quiso 25 minutos y ya no más, así que *Patty lo está acomodando* mientras yo me preparo para salir a terminar mi caminata.
