Did you know? Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican and Dignity Health Medical Group are members of CommonSpirit Health—one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health care systems. In a recent Forbes article which lists the magazine’s top employers in America by state for 2026, CommonSpirit Health's Nevada Market was identified as an organization that is successfully creating a positive workplace.

According to Forbes and in partnership with Statista, this list was created with results from a survey of “more than 245,000 employees who work for a company of at least 500 people within the United States. Survey respondents—hailing from all 50 states and Washington, D.C.—were asked how likely they were to recommend their employer on a scale of zero to 10 and were asked to assess their workplace based on criteria including wages and benefits, management style, company reputation, flexibility and career advancement opportunities. Participants were also asked to evaluate their previous employers (within the last two years) and organizations they knew within their industry or through friends or family who work there. Responses were then tallied and incorporated into a scoring system, along with survey data from the past three years. Greater weight was given to the more recent data and to the responses from current employees within the state. Companies that received the highest scores in each state made our final lists, with each state ranking between three and 101 employers, depending on the size of the state and the number of responses received.” https://ow.ly/uSNM50ZEXMQ

Congrats, grads! 🎓🩺 It's with great pride that we announce the commencement of our very first class of medical residents at St. Rose. These eleven residents, who are now full-fledged physicians, spent the last three years with us as doctors-in-training at Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospital, San Martin Campus - Las Vegas, NV and Dignity Health Medical Group's North Las Vegas Clinic. Four of the new doctors plan to stay in Nevada while four others are moving on for advanced fellowship training.
