You don’t finish a hard training session and magically “stop needing carbs.” 👀

Your body just used stored glycogen to power lifts, metcons, intervals, runs, and repeat efforts. If you never refill those stores, eventually your performance starts paying the price.

That’s when workouts feel heavier.
Recovery slows down.
Intensity drops.
And you start wondering why your body feels smoked all the time.

Post workout nutrition doesn’t need to be complicated. Start with:

Everyone wants the results until they realize the habits that create them aren’t always exciting 👀

The stuff that actually changes your body and performance is usually pretty repetitive.
Logging your food honestly.
Eating similar meals during busy weeks.
Going to bed instead of scrolling for another hour.
Drinking water like it’s part of your training plan.
Saying no to things that pull you away from your goals sometimes.

Not glamorous. Not trendy. Just effective 😂
Funny how the “unhinged” habits suddenly make sense once the results start showing up.
