Nestled in the Yadkin Valley of the North Carolina foothills, this all natural, chemical free farm grows fruit, vegetables, and herbs in accordance with nature and the Wheel of the Year. In addition, we also host our Monthly Herbal Meetups, Herbal Workshops, and Yoga Workshops/Retreats.

Spring is finally here! 🌱

Our seedlings are sprouting and the gardens are slowly waking up. We can't wait to see you at the farmer's market soon.

I took some time off this winter to visit loved ones before my double mastectomy last week and am currently healing and prioritizing self-care - which is so very important!
