Prepping for day 1 of a watermelon juice fast. This is my first time trying any kind of fast. I chose watermelon because it still provides some nutrition and lots of hydration, as I still breastfeed, but I am not my daughters only source of nutrition anymore. I have been waiting a few years to try, so let's see how it goes!

My goal is to reduce my inflammation as I continue to struggle with severe sinus issues, specifically, my nasal polyps are very large and obstructive, so I hoping to calm it down a bit. I am aiming for a 3 day cleanse as it is my first time trying one.

I started the day with 16oz of water x3 between 10am to 1pm. My first 32oz watermelon juice at 2pm.
