The labyrinth has a way of meeting you where you are. Whether you arrive carrying something heavy or simply curious, the path asks only that you show up and take the next step.
This month's theme feels particularly fitting for a walk — chronic pain, the nervous system, and the quiet work of learning to feel safe again in your own body. Movement through a labyrinth is slow and intentional, and sometimes that's exactly what the nervous system needs.
Kelly will be there tomorrow evening at 6:30pm to walk alongside you. This is a free, come-as-you-are gathering that happens the first Thursday of every month in Boulder City. No experience needed — just a willingness to show up.
