✨ KindTables Find of the Day! 🍕
Missing all the incredible Italian flavors from my recent travels, I went on a mission to find something that hit the spot… and wow, did I find it with Old School Pizzeria 🙌
Their website alone pulled me in (you know I appreciate a good food vibe 😍), and the menu? Next level creative.
I ordered a custom half & half pizza so I could explore more flavors without overdoing it—because balance is the name of the game 💁♀️
🔥 Apricot Side: Apricot jam, applewood smoked bacon, pine nuts & fresh arugula
🇮🇹 Vegas Meets Italy Side: Scamorza, pistachio, ricotta, mozzarella, dates, heirloom tomatoes, arugula, prosciutto & date cream

Made with local farm ingredients AND a 300-year-old starter—yes, you read that right. The flavor, the texture, the slight chew… absolutely incredible. You can taste the difference.
💡 Now here’s where I got a little strategic…
I ordered a side of their special tomato sauce 🍅 and a garlic mascarpone cheese 🤍 so when I had leftover crust, I could mix, match, and try different flavor combos. It turned the crust into its own little tasting experience!
Let me tell you… this was a FULL experience. Sweet + savory + fresh + indulgent—all in a way that let me enjoy a few bites, feel satisfied, and still stay aligned with my lifestyle.
