With so much going on in the world now, it's hard not to feel down, angry, frustrated or just numb. Sometimes you just have shut it all off and disconnect from it all. Try meditation! Put your ear phones on, close your eyes and focus on just your breathing (long slow cleansing breaths) relax all your muscles esecially your jaw and shoulders. Sit or lay back and relax for minimum of 10 minutes. It truly can change your day. Keep in mind to be intentional about clearing your mind of your stresses, try thinking about a flowing river, a stary night sky or sailing on a boat.
