There is always a way, a way to heal, a way to rise up, a way to keep going and a way to find peace and joy again.
It is not always easy, I wish it were, but if you are looking for support in your journey, if you are looking for alternatives you may never have thought of, if you are looking for someone who knows how tough the healing journey can be, Reiki/Energy work and myself, may be the right fit for you.

Here is what I bring to sessions (should you wish):
Meditation & Mindfulness techniques (I am a certified Meditation & Mindfulnesd Teacher)
A host of Breathwork techniques and the education on which ones can work for or might work against you, based on your needs and experiences (I am Trauma Informed Breathwork Coach certified)
Intimate knowledge on many energetic cleansing techniques, sound therapy, and so much more...
An In-person Reiki/Energy Work session is $50. - expect approx. 2 hours.
Here is what a session looks like:
* I guide you into a relaxed state (maybe even meditative), using imagery and breathwork.
* I play music tuned to theraputic, relaxing solfeggio frequencies. I then do a quick cleanse of your aura and chakras with my tuning forks.
* Then the Reiki/Energy portion is 45 minutes. I am quiet so you can have your own experience (or nap lol). I receive intuitive information as I work on you and I write all of this in a notebook.
* Once I am finished we go over the information that came up, you are free to talk about it or not, and you can take pictures of the notes.
I also do the same session as described above, with 20 minutes of sound therapy in the beginning. For $75
