When you no-call, no-show for an appointment, it’s more than just an empty spot on our schedule.

Many of us arrange childcare, drive to the studio, prepare our stations, draw your designs, and set aside that time specifically for you. Once your appointment is booked, that time belongs to you, and we often turn away other clients who would have happily taken that spot.

A missed appointment doesn’t just leave a chair empty—it means lost income, wasted preparation, and time away from our families that we can never get back.

We completely understand that life happens. Emergencies come up, schedules change, and unexpected situations occur. All we ask is that you communicate with us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to adjust our day and potentially offer that appointment to someone else.
