Feeling guilty for relaxing.

These aren't character flaws.
They're nervous system responses.
Healing isn't forgetting.
It's helping your body learn it's finally safe enough to exhale.

You'd eventually ask them to leave.

But many of us allow that voice to live rent-free inside our heads.
