J&B Medical rant....are you experiencing this?
My daughter received 2 shipments, I called and told them that she ran out of incontinence products and requested she receive more. No issue, reviewed her need and new authorization was sent to Dr 30 days in advance.....that's when things went sideways.
April 3rd came around and I received a text asking if she still needed product, to which I responded YES! Text back stated shipment should go out in 7 days. GREAT!
NOPE, not great. She never got them. I called on April 14th, had to leave message. Waited 48 hours, no return call. Called again on April 17th, was told they are waiting on Dr authorization, which I didn't believe, my daughters DR always signs her paperwork right away. So I see the Dr on April 20th and asked and of course she confirmed it was signed. Called J&B on 20th, naturally they confirm they received the authorization and her new ship date would be April 21st.
Guess what? Today is April 24th and guess who hasn't received their shipment? I'm upset, so I call and am totally nice and calm. I ask if they have been shipped, and after being on hold for 5 minutes I'm told, NOPE they haven't been shipped yet, the carrier hasn't picked them up and she will send a message over to the department to have them follow up...
She may or may not get products this month, so needless to say I'm annoyed.
