"I admitted to Alpine Valley in October 2024 as a rehab patient with a fractured knee and transitioned to a long-term care resident. I now can finally go home. I never thought this day would come; it was always my goal, but I wasn't sure it would happen. Therapy was great; I didn't have any problems, and I thank them all. My nursing care was great, and when I had an issue, it was taken care of immediately. I really enjoyed the activities. Jason Jones from therapy encouraged and pushed me to work harder."
