We address the system. Kegels are important. Maybe medicine or surgery is a part of your journey. It’s not the whole story.

So many women are stuck doing complicated routines, treating symptoms instead of the whole pelvic floor.

And I can’t tell you how many times I hear,
“Oh, I don’t have leakage, so this won’t help me.”
What? Your pelvic floor isn’t broken into sections!

I don’t treat prolapse one way and urgency another.
I don’t give you half a plan and upsell the rest.

Your pelvic floor is an ecosystem.
That means the bladder, v***a, va**na, muscles, and nerves all work together.

Yes—exercises matter.
So does nervous system regulation.

Leaking urine is frustrating.
Lackluster (or nonexistent) or***ms are defeating.
And if s*x feels dry, uncomfortable, or underwhelming — you’re not alone.
But you do not have to live like this.

Here’s what most women don’t realize:
👉 Leaking, low libido, dryness, and weak or***ms are often symptoms of the same problem.
A pelvic floor that’s under-supported, under-lubricated, and overwhelmed.

What needs to change?

💧 Hydration:
Drinking water isn’t enough. You need electrolytes to actually absorb it — try adding sea salt or Relyte to boost internal hydration and tissue health.

🍽️ Diet:
Inflammation kills circulation and hormone balance. Cut back on sugar, alcohol, and ultra-processed foods. Nourish with healthy fats, protein, and fiber (like flax + sesame seeds).

🧴 Lubrication + Hormonal Support:
If you’re peri or post-menopause, estrogen matters. Vaginal estrogen (if you are a candidate), moisturizers, and products VMagic can work wonders. Don’t be afraid of support.

💪 Exercises:

You know… when you’re sitting there like it’s a full-time job and still nothing’s happening? 😩💩

Here’s the truth no one’s saying loud enough:
💧 It’s not just about chugging water
🥦 You need more fiber than your toddler
🧘‍♀️ Your nervous system and p**p are in a toxic situationship
🚽 And if you’re still p**ping in a 90-degree angle — girl, get your knees up

Metamucil isn’t saving you.
That’s a band-aid on a backed-up system.

And if you keep ignoring the root cause?
🚨 Say hello to hemorrhoids.
👎 Or worse — pelvic organ prolapse.
(Yep, that daily struggle could turn into a full-blown crisis.)

WHY? Because it prolongs your success or maybe even doesn’t get you any results. What in the world is the point? You are leaking urine. For the love…you know it impacts everything you do so why not stop dipping our toes in and get to work.

If you’re trying to stop leaking but ignoring your habits…
That’s like trying to lose weight without changing your diet.

Again, I’m not afraid to make you uncomfortable—because comfort isn’t what gets you results.

We were taught to whisper about our bodies.
To deal with it.
To be embarrassed.
To believe it’s “just part of being a woman.”

But what if it’s not?

What if you could ask questions without shame?
What if you knew how your body worked — and how to heal it?
What if you stopped waiting for it to get “bad enough” and actually took the lead?

Embarrassment keeps us quiet.
Empowerment sets us free.

And when you stop hiding, the women around you — your friends, your daughters, your sisters — stop hiding too.

We don’t need to be embarrassed. That is what has gotten us to 1 in 3 or 1 in 2 women leaking urine. Instead, working with people you feel safe with and who know what the hell they are doing so we are not spinning in circles.

But then we turn around and scrub our v***a with scented soap, trap her in a pad all day, and wonder why she’s irritated or funky? 🫠

Let me be clear:
🧼 Warm water only
🧴 Gentle soap on the outside only
🚫 Nothing inside — she’s a self-cleaning oven
😮‍💨 And for the love, LET 👏 HER 👏 BREATHE 👏

No more marinating in workout clothes.
No more sitting in “just in case” pads.
No more ignoring your v***a like she’s not part of the show.

She’s not high-maintenance — she just deserves basic respect.

Not knowing is something we can’t afford to do anymore. ⬇️

When I first started as a pelvic floor therapist, I was so eager to help everyone. Please just let me save all the va**nas and my life will be fulfilled. 😂 Not joking!

After a couple years, I decided I don’t want to save everyone anymore nor can I. What I realized was I actually had very little to do with the process. It came down to the person who was either going to do what it takes or stay stuck in her excuses.

She had to care about herself. Care about her body. Be her strongest advocate and to not stop until she met her goals. Whatever those looked like.

The girl who doesn’t let ridiculous excuses get in her way. She figures out wow, so I was potty trained for 20 years and now you are telling me it’s normal….is not her vibe at all.

She doesn’t care if she has a small bladder. She doesn’t care if her entire family leaks urine. She doesn’t care someone told her it’s normal. She still wants to know how to have a healthy pelvic floor and bladder so she can live her life without pads.

She shows up for herself. She learns how her bladder and pelvic floor systems work. She is an advocate for herself first.

Not everyone is like that so I had to switch my idea of what helping people looks like.

She is who I help but it’s her journey and she wouldn’t want it any other way.

Why are my underwear soaked… but I’m not turned on or leaking?”

If you’ve ever paused mid-day and thought, “Wait… what is going ON down there?” — you’re not alone.

Your v***a is smart.
It responds to stress, heat, hormones, hydration, airflow, and even the products you use.

Sometimes it’s sweat.
Sometimes it’s discharge.
Sometimes it’s your nervous system panicking.
