Starting June 22, we’re adding two more weekly classes with Colure in Ashburn:

Monday • Power Core Flow
Friday • Flow

Along with her Thursday evening Power Flow and Saturday Renew & Restore, you’ll now have even more ways to experience the magic that makes Colure such a beloved teacher.

Strength. Flow. Restoration. Presence.

Big news, Easy Day Collective ✨

Our beloved teacher Colure is back on the schedule, and we could not be more excited. A dedicated teacher who deeply lives and breathes her practice, Colure has made space in her life to return to teaching more regularly at Easy Day.

She begins tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. at our Ashburn sanctuary, and this is just the beginning. You’ll be seeing much more of her at both studios in the coming weeks.

Some teachers simply teach yoga. Others embody it.

Stay tuned for more classes with this beautiful soul.

Our Gentle Somatic class with Nina is one of the hidden gems of EDY Ashburn. Through mindful movement, breath, and gentle somatic practices, this class is designed to help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring you back home to yourself.
