2. MAKE YOUR BED AS SOON AS YOU GET OUT OF BED.

3. WRITE DOWN THREE THINGS YOU’RE GRATEFUL FOR EACH DAY.

4. TAKE A FEW DEEP BREATHS BEFORE YOU START YOUR DAY.

5. SPEND FIVE MINUTES MEDITATING OR DOING MINDFULNESS EXERCISES.
