The EMC2 Short Loop will be back this Saturday. At 5:45 am, the steady, tempo paced group will depart the Bank (think 19-20 mph average). At 6:00 am, Spicy pushes off. Remember, Spicy isn't an absolute hammerfest from the gun, it's a fast GROUP ride punctuated by six sprint sections, where the leaders hold back at the end of the each sprint section and wait for a full regroup before proceeding along the route. Rise and repeat. See you Saturday at the Bank, 211 W St Charles, Lombard.
