I am beyond excited to be joining the 2026 Bumps and Beyond Expo - Knoxville as a vendor! Come see me on July 26, 2026 in downtown Knoxville for show special coupons, on-site PEMF sessions, and swag giveaways. Ortho-Bionomy® is a safe, gentle, and highly effective modality for pregnant and postpartum parents as well as babies from newborn on, and can help with a myriad of common (and not so common!) issues. Anybody who has experienced bodywork with me, whether for your horse or yourself, has experienced the beauty of Ortho-Bionomy®. If you are interested in learning more about this gentle yet effective modality, consider joining us alongside Advanced Instructor Jessica Mark for Ortho-Bionomy® Phase 4 (for people, not horses) this August. This is the foundational basics class of Ortho-Bionomy with no pre-requisites or prior bodywork experience required!

Thank you so much to the Southern Appalachian Back Country Horsemen for allowing me to speak about the importance of bodywork for both horse and rider at your meeting last night! I always appreciate the opportunity to share my passion, and it was especially great to do so with such a welcoming and engaged group of people. 💖

I figured now's as good a time as any to share some photos of my horse trek through Morocco many moons ago. 10/10 highly recommend
