Passionflowers are climbing all along our greenhouse fence right now. Every time I walk past, the wild, star‑bright blooms make me stop for a second. They’ve got that look that feels halfway between earth and dream, like they showed up just to surprise me.

I use these vines and flowers in my teas, my sleep blends, my remedies and my tinctures.

Passionflower has a way of settling the nerves without making you heavy. It’s gentle 💜 The kind of calm that feels like sitting outside at dusk watching the lightning bugs rise.

Seeing them grow beside the greenhouse fence makes me smile.

I have been drinking a lot of fresh Lemon Balm tea this summer. 🍃

It occurred to me that Lemon balm is one of the most overlooked herbal plants. It grows in so many gardens and corners of the yard that people forget how much healing energy it has.

This gentle herb has a long history of antiviral use and has traditionally been used to bring comfort during times when the body feels under strain. 💚

Its fresh leaves make a bright, citrusy tea that tastes naturally sweet. A daily cup helps settle anxious thoughts, supports the nervous system, and brings the body back into a calmer rhythm. It’s also known for easing a sore throat, relaxing tightness in the chest, and supporting digestion. Lemon balm quietly helps with so many things, which is why it deserves more attention. 🍃

Steeping the fresh leaves releases the plant’s natural oils, giving you the full benefit of its calming and restorative qualities. It’s a simple ritual that feels grounding and familiar. 💚

Sometimes the herbs we take for granted are the ones offering the most gentle support.
