Hi there...it's been a while since I've posted to this page; however, if any of you remember Cathy Grygar I wanted to let you know that she and her husband lost their home this morning to a fire. Their dog, Sadie woke them up so thankfully they are ok, but they lost everything. A friend of theirs has set up a Go Fund Me page to help them get back on their feet. Sharing the link here. Drum Roll Please....you've waited long enough...Eddie & Carla are going to become involved in Fit Lifestyle Nutrition in Lewisville. We are going to partner up with this group and continue to support our customers in the Lewisville area. We will start "officially" on Saturday, April 1st...and no this is not an April Fool's joke. We hope that those of you in the Lewisville area will come join us over there. We are going to help "shake things up" over there and incorporate some new shake flavors. We are also going to bring back Cardio Drumming at least one night a week (Mondays @ 6:30pm). So please go like the Fit Lifestyle FB page and we will begin posting updates to their page.

Fit Lifestyle Nutrition is on the corner of 3040 and Medowglen Dr. We so look forward to being back out in Lewisville with our friends and family and we hope you will join us over at Fit Lifestyle Nutrition.
