Some of the best support doesn't happen in a waiting room — it happens side by side, one step at a time. Join the Strong Starts-Perinatal Health team and other moms from around the community for a relaxed stroller walk along the Chessie Trail. Whether you're expecting, brand new to motherhood, or a few kids into it — come get some fresh air, meet other moms in the same season of life, and build a little village along the way.
