🚨 A MEDICAL APPOINTMENT IS NOT A LICENSE TO ABUSE THE STAFF.
Patients and family members have every right to:
✅ Ask questions
✅ Express concerns
✅ Request clarification
✅ Disagree respectfully
But no one has the right to:
❌ Verbally abuse medical staff
❌ Humiliate employees
❌ Disrupt clinic operations
❌ Dictate how a physician must run a private practice
❌ Use threats, intimidation, or entitlement to demand special treatment
Criticizing “staff turnover” while personally creating a hostile environment for the staff is not advocacy.
It is part of the problem.
Healthcare workers are human beings—not verbal punching bags. Respect is not optional, and abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
BOUNDARIES ARE NOT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THEY ARE HOW WE PROTECT OUR TEAM.
