I am so blessed and grateful that I have expanded pretty quickly!🙏

I am located in Fenton, Mi and offer both in person and telehealth therapy.
✨I am now credentialed with these insurances: Medicare, Optum/UHC, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue care network, priority health, Aetna, MClaren.

I am a licensed clinical therapist and Reiki Master Teacher in Michigan with 28 years of professional work experience. I use a unique holistic/spiritual approach, incorporating the mind, body, and spirit as they all go hand in hand.
My approach
I utilize mindfulness techniques to really help you retrain the brain from negative thoughts that often lead us down the rabbit hole of anxiety, depression, and hopelessness that can keep us stuck. I can provide guidance with career, relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, low self-esteem, codependency, stress management, grief/loss, spiritual healing/mentoring, manage being an empath or highly sensitive person, neurodivergent, and healing on all levels!
I am also a Reiki Master Teacher and can implement this into treatment only if this is something you choose.
My focus
I work with adults 18+.
I think it’s extremely important to recognize thought patterns, limited beliefs, repeated behaviors, and old programming that get in the way of our everyday life. This might include relationships, your career, how you view yourself, and how you hold yourself back.
