Yesterday, I spent the day at the Rooted Holistic Healing Fair surrounded by people seeking healing, connection, hope, and new ways to care for themselves.

One of my favorite things about events like these isn't the booth or even the healing sessions.

It's the conversations.

The moments when someone shares their story.

The moments when someone admits they're exhausted.

The moments when someone says, "I've been feeling disconnected from myself."

I understand those moments because I've lived them...

My breast cancer journey taught me that healing isn't always about fixing what's broken. Sometimes it's about reconnecting with ourselves after years of putting our own needs last.

That's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about Reiki and Sound Healing.

Not because they promise perfection.

Not because they erase life's challenges.

But because they create space to pause, listen, and remember that we deserve care, too.

I'm grateful for every conversation, every connection, and every opportunity to hold healing space for others.

As we begin a new week, I hope you find a moment to slow down and check in with yourself.

Feeling especially grateful this Monday. 💛

Sometimes I pause and think about how much my life has changed.

If you had told me years ago that I would be offering Reiki and sound healing throughout the community, holding space for others, and helping people reconnect with themselves, I never would have believed you.

I certainly didn't know cancer would bring me here.

While I would never have chosen that journey, it brought me back to myself. It taught me to listen more deeply, slow down, honor my body, and create space for healing.

Today, I have the privilege of sharing that experience with others through Reiki, sound healing, community events, and one-on-one sessions.

I am grateful for every person who trusts me with their healing journey, every conversation, every event, and every opportunity to serve.

Healing doesn't always change our circumstances, but it can change our relationship with ourselves.

And for that, I am incredibly grateful.

Take radically good care of yourself today. You deserve it. 💛

After the beauty, stimulation, movement, and energy of Art-A-Whirl weekend, many of us are left needing space to simply breathe, soften, and reset.

On Sunday, May 17th from 6:00–7:00 PM, I’ll be joining Reiki Master Angela Eifert of Elefate to co-create a gentle evening of Reiki & Sound Healing in the BETA Suite at Twin Ignition Keg House in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This gathering is designed to support your nervous system, ease stress and emotional overwhelm, and offer a peaceful space to rest and receive.

✨ I’ll be playing singing bowls and healing frequencies
✨ Angela will offer gentle Reiki throughout the room
✨ You are invited to simply lie down, breathe, soften, and allow yourself to be supported
