A Day in My Doula Life ✨

A little glimpse into a day in the life of a doula! 💕

Night 1️⃣: Getting ready for an overnight postpartum shift with one of my clients. 🌙🍼

Next day 2️⃣: Heading to a doctor’s appointment with another client — who just so happens to be a doula herself! 🥹✨

No two days look the same in this work, and that’s one of my favorite things about being a doula. From overnight postpartum support to advocacy, education, and simply being there when my clients need me — I get to serve families in so many different ways. 💙
