Estheticians… why did anybody tell us THIS?

One thing I wish I would have understood earlier in my career is just how much opportunity exists outside of the treatment room.

Premiere San Antonio officially wrapped up my last trade show of 2026, and I wanted to give y’all a little look at what a beauty trade show actually looks like because YES, estheticians absolutely belong at these events too.

There are skincare brands, new products, advanced devices, education classes, live demonstrations, networking opportunities and so many chances to connect with people in the industry face-to-face.

This year, trade shows have allowed me to go from simply attending and learning to actually standing on these stages teaching and sharing what I know with other beauty professionals. That alone has reminded me how important it is to get in the room.

If you’re an esthetician and you’ve never attended a beauty trade show, make 2027 the year you change that.

San Antonio, thank you for a great ending to my 2026 trade show season. Now it’s time to take everything I’ve learned this year and get ready for what’s next.

There are moments in your career that remind you why you never stop learning, and this is one of them.

I am incredibly honored to officially be NCEA Certified!

The National Coalition of Estheticians Association (NCEA) certification is the highest voluntary credential available for estheticians in the United States. It represents a commitment to advanced education, professionalism, safety, and providing the highest standard of care for every client who trusts me with their skin.

For me, this isn’t about collecting titles. It’s about making sure that every client who walks through my doors knows they’re receiving care from someone who is committed to growing, learning, and staying at the forefront of this industry.

If you’ve been following my journey this year, you know one thing I’ve been saying over and over is, “Okay God, I see You.” And today, I’m saying it again.

Every opportunity, every closed door, every lesson, every late night, every sacrifice, He has been faithful through it all. This certification is another reminder that obedience, consistency, and trusting His timing will always be worth it.

Thank you to every client, student, colleague, family member, and friend who has supported me along the way. I don’t take your trust lightly, and I promise to keep learning, growing, and showing up as the best esthetician and educator I can be.

Here’s to raising the standard, serving with excellence, and continuing to help you achieve healthy, confident skin.

July owed me absolutely nothing. 🤍

This past month gave me something I didn’t realize I needed so badly… the chance to truly rest, reflect, and reset.

As beauty professionals, we’re constantly pouring into everyone else. We show up for our clients, our businesses, our families, and somewhere along the way, we forget to show up for ourselves.

July reminded me that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish, it’s stewardship. Rest isn’t a reward for burnout; it’s part of the journey.

I’m walking into August refreshed, grateful, and ready for everything God has in store. Here’s your reminder to make time for yourself too. You deserve it. ✨
