Good morning everyone. Have a great day and remember get your protein and water in. I start with a big glass of water when I first get up and then I do my proffee. Then it's back to water. Always stay consistent.

So, I went to the doctor yesterday and they checked my A1C. In November it was 9.7 and yesterday it was 6.8... Thank you Lord!!!! I am down from 311 in November to 264... I am so proud of my progress. Consistency is key... Drink your water and make sure to get your protein in...

Guys I started my journey on trulicity on November 20th 2025 at 311 pounds and today on May 1st 2026 I am at 266 pounds. I am so proud of myself. You can't give up. Consistency is key.
