PLEASE SHARE: I will be moving to Columbus hopefully this weekend so if anyone lives in Whitehall near Broad Street and is looking for a job in healthcare with a great company that has an awesome manager comment below or send a DM. I was speaking with the manager the other day so with my medical add-ons he was looking at starting staff around $16 an hour. I have a couple of shifts open at the moment as he is still working on putting together a schedule as of the last time we had spoken so come work for a cool client (ME) and dip your toes into the world of healthcare. I am not completely excited about being forced to live in Columbus in order to get all of the Healthcare I need but it will be a welcome change has the place I am moving to has a great manager and I have a company that really seems to care about their clients. I do have 13-hour shifts which is a lot but you are done in three days rather than putting in 5 days with 8-hour shifts to get the same amount of hours plus it works better for me to do outings. I know Kevin was telling me they do all training so you would not need any kind of specialized degree or training before you get the job they usually just require a GED or high school diploma, drivers license, clean background, and sometimes require a drug test however I'm not sure about this agency. I am wanting to get a good team of people together as I have another clean start in a different County with a lot more resources so I'm hoping staff will not be working four or five days a week sometimes even more which is a lot considering they do 13-hour shifts which happened a lot out here in Madison County with my current agency. I would really appreciate it even if you are not looking for a job but you give this a share and if you know anyone looking to get into Healthcare feel free to share this with them if they live in or around the Eastside of Columbus.

I truly appreciate all of my friends that have supported me over the years and continue to follow my story as it is still not completed until I make the necessary changes to the board of Developmental Disabilities system as it is currently broken but does not require a lot to make it work a lot smoother.

I am currently starting a vending machine business geared towards being fully accessible for people with disabilities from a physical disability like my own all the way down to the blind and deaf as I want to make the world as accessible as possible. I am currently just getting started but I have reached out to several companies to see what kind of accessibility options their machines have and if they are able to add other things such as Braille or the option for someone that is curing impaired. I am hoping to get things going soon as I already have multiple locations set up I am just needing to raise money to get the machines so I can start making things better for the disabled community.

I will also be donating no less than 10% of all proceeds to the charity I started developmental assist that will be helping people with the cost of adaptive and speech equipment in order to build their independence. With the cost of creating developmental assist, I actually used 1/4 of my entire income for this year. I know that is crazy but to me, it is worth it as long as I can help people better in a situation I have been in myself so I know how hard the struggle is. Looking for good people with a big heart to become a DSP as the pay is $15 per hour. I will say no training is needed as you'll get the training on-site so apply if you want a secure job in healthcare. They are 13-hour shifts that are 7AM to 8PM & 8PM to 9AM 7 days a week with numerous shifts open so please let me know what you have open. You must be willing to do housework, pass medicine, straight cath, shower clients, and complete other tasks as a team.

Must Meet Minimum Qualifications:
- Reliable automobile to transport
individuals
- Satisfactory driving record from the
Ohio BMV with no more than 5 points
- Proof of High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Must have a current Driver's License
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Satisfactory criminal background check
