Welcoming our newest business to the Elevate Wellness collaborative

Resilient Movement owned and operated by Stephanie Clark!

Stephanie is a 2007 Londonderry Highschool Grad returning to Londonderry after receiving her Master’s Degree (2017) in Athletic Training and a Certification in Structural Integration (2021). She has been practicing as a licensed Athletic Trainer since (2011). Stephanie holds NH licenses in both. Her practice combines Sports Medicine and Spatial Medicine to help understand a wholistic way of healing the body. Stephanie helps people whatever their passion or profession to move functionally and optimally. Structural Integration helps to unwind poor postural patterns in the body that have been formed over time either due to injury, growth, development or even hobby. This work will take you on a journey of health, wellness and wellbeing.
