Rachel Reid Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Competition Prep! Welcome to my page! I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist.

I hold degrees in Sports Nutrition and Fitness management as well as Massage Therapy and am currently completing my BS degree in Human Performance and Health Promotion!
