It is with deep sadness that we mourn the loss of EMT Rain Chavez.

Rain was a valued member of our LA team whose dedication, compassion, and commitment to caring for others made a lasting impact on those around her. She will be remembered not only for the work she did in service to the community, but also for the kindness and presence she brought to her team every day.

Our thoughts are with her family, friends, coworkers, and everyone whose lives she touched during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Rain. You will never be forgotten.

Altadena, we’re back home! ❤️🤍

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Grand Re-Opening of our Altadena Station. Over the past several months, our Falck team continued to serve without interruption in the impacted area, ensuring emergency medical response was always available when you needed us most.

We’re proud to reopen this station as a stable response hub for our providers and the community we’re honored to serve.

Thank you to the city officials, local government partners and community members who came out to celebrate with us and for your continued support. This station is more than a building, it’s a commitment to being there when it matters most.

Honored to spend the day in at the fifth annual Sirens of Silence: A Special Day with First Responders.

This sensory-friendly event created a safe, welcoming space for families with loved ones on the autism spectrum and with other special needs to connect with first responders, health agencies, and community partners.

Our team enjoyed giving tours of the ambulance, demonstrating equipment, and sharing our sensory bags to help make emergency care feel less overwhelming and more familiar.

Thank you to for organizing and including us in this meaningful day of inclusion, awareness, and community.
