The Healing Coöp is excited to celebrate one of our own! ❤️

One of our practitioners, Mary-Anne Schelb, has published her first book, Calming the Chaos — The Intentional Calm Method™.

Mary-Anne loves being able to see her Intentional Calm clients in the beautiful, welcoming space of The Healing Coöp, where her work focuses on helping people navigate stress, overwhelm, transition, and change with more calm, clarity, and intention.

We’re so happy to celebrate this wonderful milestone with her and to see her work reach even more people.

Meditative Journey This six-week series weaves together resonant guided meditation, immersive soundscapes and sound bowls, and mindful movement practices that gently transition between sitting, standing, walking, and moving meditation. Each session offers an opportunity to slow down, settle into presence, and soften the nervous system. Through sound, movement, stillness, and guided awareness, participants are invited to turn inward, deepen their connection with themselves, and explore the quiet terrain of their inner world.
Alternating sessions of Guided Meditation with background soundscapes - Sound Bowls Meditation - Quiet Guided Meditation with gentle movement.
No previous meditation experience is needed—just a willingness to arrive, listen, move, and be present. With Adam Metsch, Eugene Brown, and Robert Rivest. Tuesdays at 7.00 PM

Wellness Wednesday Fun Fact!!

Massage therapy can be a powerful tool for managing stress and supporting overall well-being. It helps relax the body, reduce muscle tension, and lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol while encouraging the release of serotonin and dopamine, which promote feelings of calm and happiness. Regular massage can also improve sleep, reduce anxiety, ease headaches, and enhance circulation, leaving you feeling refreshed, recharged, and better able to handle the demands of daily life.

Wellness Wednesday fun fact!!

Ok... Here you go:

The Intentional Calm Method(™) is the heart of both my coaching practice and my upcoming book, Calming the Chaos — The Intentional Calm Method(™).

Built around five pillars — State, Story, Strategy, Systems, and Spirit — the Method helps you calm your nervous system, understand the stories shaping your choices, take intentional action, create supportive routines, and reconnect with the grounded, wise version of yourself. Soon, this framework will be available in book form, offering a practical way to begin the journey from overwhelm to clarity, one intentional step at a time.
Calm first. Then move forward.
