. 🌿 Hello, Friends! 🌿
It's been quite a while since I've posted here, and I wanted to stop in and simply say...
😊 I'm back! 😊
This post is a little longer than my usual posts, but I'd really appreciate it if you'd read to the end. It explains something new I'd like to share with our Muscle Testing Community, and I'd truly value your feedback.
Over the past 80+ years of my life I've collected so many life lessons, encouraging stories, and simple tips that have simplified all areas of my life, and I I'm wondering if you'd enjoy adding a new feature to our Muscle Testing Community—a short Tip of the Day that uses muscle testing to help you find your own answers.
🌿 Tip of the Day 🌿
I’ll try to keep them Short. Practical. Thought-provoking.
You may already know some of these, while others will make your go "No way, José!" 😊
Please, Before deciding, muscle test these three questions:
#1: Is this a valid concept” ( You mean we really can do THIS?)
#2: Would doing it benefit me or those dear to me?
If your body says "Yes," and you do percentage testing, please:
#3: Talk to your body as you do some type of flex test, arm raise, twist, toe touch saying, “Body, this is me now, come back to original position, and say , Body this WOULD BE ME if I did this …….. and restest. If you bend or twist further, your arm is stronger, let your body be your guide. IT will NOT mislead you.
If you don't yet know how to muscle test—or how to do percentage testing—that's one reason this page exists! Just send me a PM. I'm always happy to help.
I also offer a free "Yes, YOU Can Muscle Test!" class on the last Saturday of each month. I'll post the next date and time soon.
If you try a tip, please come back and share your experience. Your story may be exactly what someone else needs to hear.
Now I'd really appreciate your feedback.
Would you enjoy seeing a regular Tip of the Day on this page?
If so, please let me know in the comments.
If enough of you are interested, I'll begin sharing them regularly. After the first month, I'll ask again whether you'd like me to continue or make changes based on your feedback.
Thank you for being part of this community! And thank you for reading this to the end!
