One simple way to reconstitute Retatrutide is to keep the concentration the same regardless of vial size:
• 5 mg vial → add 0.5 mL (50 units) BAC water
• 10 mg vial → add 1 mL (100 units) BAC water
• 20 mg vial → add 2 mL (200 units) BAC water
• 30 mg vial → add 3 mL (300 units) BAC water
Using this method, all four vial sizes have the same concentration.
That makes the math simple:
5 units = .5mg
10 units = 1 mg
15 units = 1.5 mg
20 units = 2 mg
25 units = 2.5 mg
30 units = 3 mg
Always verify the amount of peptide in the vial before adding BAC water. Different reconstitution volumes will produce different concentrations, so these unit measurements only apply when using the ratios above.
