BEHAVIORAL HEALTH OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Unity Counseling Group, PLLC
Longview, WA

Unity Counseling Group is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to help support our growing counseling practice. This is a great opportunity for someone with office, customer-service, medical billing, or healthcare experience who is willing to learn.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 3:30–5:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
15 paid hours per week
Primarily in person

Responsibilities

✔️Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling
✔️Help new clients complete intake and insurance information
✔️Check insurance benefits and submit claims
✔️Follow up on rejected, denied, or unpaid claims
✔️Post payments and help answer billing questions
✔️Assist with Medicaid and commercial insurance enrollment
✔️Update provider information in CAQH, ProviderOne, Availity, and other systems
✔️Track credentialing applications and follow up with insurance companies
✔️Keep client and provider information accurate and confidential
✔️Provide general office support
Qualifications

Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with clients
Organized and attentive to detail.

Comfortable using email, online systems, and basic spreadsheets
Able to work independently and follow through on tasks.

Previous office, healthcare, billing, credentialing, or customer-service experience is helpful!

Experience with every system is not required—training will be provided

Compensation: $20 per hour

Part-time, 15hrs/wk, W-2 position

Washington paid sick leave

We’re Hiring: Chief Clinical Officer

Part-Time W-2 Leadership Role | $80/Hour | Longview, Washington

Unity Counseling Group is seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician to serve as our Chief Clinical Officer and help guide the clinical quality, supervision, and continued growth of our expanding behavioral-health practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a respected clinician who wants to step into meaningful leadership without committing to a traditional full-time administrative schedule.

The Position

- Part-time W-2 employment
- Eight guaranteed CCO hours per month
- $80 per hour
- $640 in guaranteed monthly compensation
- Flexible scheduling based on organizational needs
- Opportunity to build an additional clinical caseload at $80 per completed billable clinical hour

The CEO will assign and prioritize the eight monthly leadership hours, which may include:

- Direct one-to-one supervision of associate-licensed clinicians
- Group clinical supervision
- Clinical documentation and compliance review
- Clinical quality-improvement initiatives
- Consultation regarding complex or high-risk cases
- Development and review of clinical policies
- Clinical recommendations and reporting to the CEO
- Other Chief Clinical Officer responsibilities based on organizational needs

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

- Independently licensed in Washington
- Qualified to supervise associate-licensed behavioral-health clinicians
- Experienced in clinical supervision, documentation, ethics, compliance, and quality improvement
- Comfortable providing clear, supportive, and accountable leadership
- Skilled in complex clinical presentations, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity-affirming practice
- Organized, responsive, collaborative, and committed to excellent client care

Unity Counseling Group specializes in compassionate care for complex minds, including ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, depression, executive-functioning concerns, and other complex presentations.

Hi everyone! I thought it was about time I properly introduced myself. ❤️

I'm Dr. Julia, and while I'm newer to the Longview community, caring for people has been my life's work for more than 18 years. Before opening Unity Counseling Group last year, I spent my career in community mental health and social work, walking alongside children, families, and adults through some of life's most challenging seasons.

Outside of the office, I'm also a proud mama to an energetic 3-year-old who keeps me grounded, laughing, and constantly reminding me what really matters. Like so many of you, I'm balancing work, family, and all the beautiful chaos that comes with it.

I believe therapy should feel like sitting with someone who genuinely cares—not someone who's there to judge or "fix" you. My hope is that every person who walks through my door feels welcomed, understood, and accepted exactly as they are.

I'm so grateful to be putting down roots here and getting to know this wonderful community. Whether we've already met or you're just finding me now, thank you for being here. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting our community however I can. 💙
