We are the light. Embrace the dark to let the dark shine.

Toj is the energy of payment from the Mayan Cholq’ij calendar. This is a public service anouncement😀

This is your reminder that to give is to receive and to receive is to give.

When we receive, we need to remember to continue giving so the cycle stays in motion.

Reciprocity is a spiritual law and life is better when we remember to abide by it.

Whole thing in about 40 seconds.

cacao in the evening, alter once it’s dark two hours give or take.

People turn up partway through and start helping. Everyone contributes what calls to them.

I don’t film the fire and I’m not going to. Those 2 hours belongs to whoever’s sitting in it.

Next ceremony is tomorrow night. DM if you want in or see link in bio ☝️

🔥 Kotziij’ (Mayan Fire Ceremony) with Tata David.

🗓 Date: 9/8/26
🕐 Time: 8:00 PM –11:00 PM
📍 Location: Canoga Park
💰 Energy Exchange: $55 or more to cover cost of materials + Donation

Join us by the sacred fire for an evening of connection, gratitude, and renewal.

We make offerings to invite abundance, to give thanks, and to honor our ancestors.

Offerings are made to sacred energies and spirits, calling in protection and healing for ourselves and our families. Through the light of candles, we bring cleansing, balance, and peace to the energy around us. ✨

During these ceremonies, I interpret the messages that come from spirit through the fire.

See the link in bio above ☝️ for more details or dm me!

Building the fire.

Every stone has a spot. I don’t get to freestyle it.

People usually start showing up halfway through this and end up helping. That’s kind of the point.

Fire not in this one. That part’s for whoever’s in the circle.

The next one is Toj on September 8th at 8:00 PM and it’s not one to miss! It’s an important one for giving and receiving.

1 hour on the stove before I even start setting up outside for the Kotziij’ (Mayan Fire ceremony)

Nobody sees this part, the ceremony before the ceremony.

Ask me what’s in it? I’ll tell you most of it 😜

Such a gift to have celebrated the Mayan new year Wajxaqib’ B’atz’ with the Ademaya organization on Monday.

Wajxaqib’ B’atz’ is the beginning of a new 260 day cycle on Mayan Cholq’ij calendar. It’s a powerful day to remember the interconnectedness of all things.

Maltiox, Maltiox, Maltiox. (Thank you)

It’s reviews like this that make me so proud to be initiated as an Ajq’ij and get to do this work.

It’s such a rewarding feeling to be of service in this way and my heart is full with gratitude.
