Potion is now available at Appellation Healdsburg, one of the most celebrated new luxury properties in wine country.

Co-founded by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer () and luxury hospitality veteran Christopher Hunsberger, Appellation was built around a culinary-first philosophy that runs through every inch of the property. Onsite culinary gardens feed the kitchen and the cocktail program. Two signature Charlie Palmer dining experiences celebrate the agricultural bounty of Sonoma County.

Terroir Spa approaches the body with the same reverence the kitchen gives to its ingredients, copper bowls and grounding sensory rituals included.

It is the color of chlorophyll, the molecule responsible for converting sunlight into energy, making it the foundation of nearly all life on Earth. It is also the color your nervous system was evolutionarily wired to find safe. Environmental psychology research shows that even passive visual exposure to green lowers cortisol, reduces sympathetic activation, and triggers a physiological shift toward rest and restoration.
