Sometimes, you just have to connect to the Earth grid and CRY.

I was extremely grateful to be able to take a trip back "home" to WA. It had been almost 2 years since stepping foot on that beautiful land. I let mother Gaia hold me as I grieved while walking on her shore with my feet in the water. I grieved for the immense heartache I feel for not being in the sacred place I call home. I also grieved out of sheer gratitude of that present moment and being able to ground and reconnect to the place that brought me to Reiki. Wherever I am now is where I need to be and I trust my journey and I trust that I will be brought back to this deep and wise land.

So go to the mountains, go to the sea, go to any outdoor space that makes you happy. And if that well of tears starts bubbling up, lean into it and release, surrender and send gratitude. The best way we can ground ourselves is to get into that Earth grid, dig our feet in, and let Gaia hold you. 🌲❤

📢What better way to start my birthday month than an exciting announcement!📢

I am honored, humbled and more than excited to announce that I will be joining and their Wellness Team to offer Reiki at their GORGEOUS space in Silverlake!

This opportunity was more than serendipitous and the team there is amazing! Chrysalis is your one-stop-shop for holistic wellness. Their fitness classes are amazing and their instructors show great care, encouragement, and joy in their practice. Not only that but did I already mention the space is AMAZING?! We also have an incredible aesthetician goddess joining on with me 🌺

I was inspired by Steve Nobel's Hera & Medusa mediation this morning. "On a day like Father's Day?" you ask? What better of a day than to embrace the Divine Masculine to join the Divine Feminine.

Through the myths of Hera and Medusa, the feminine has been suppressed, misrepresented and vilified. We cannot just return that narrative with more violence and revenge. We must always find a gentler way to return to redemption through honor and love.

"We transform this myth into one of healing and redemption and the clearing of feminine disempowerment and rage and collective disempowerment and rage. The goddess is rising and that power is not coming from vengeance or domination but as a return to unity between masculine and feminine."

My guides had a message for me through these stories of the wounded goddess. They were "to release any poison of vengeance to the light. The only true way to empower yourself and return to the true Goddess is through strength of love no matter what evil has been done. Soften and release into the new ways of joining the Divine Masculine and Feminine within yourself by remaining true to your magick. The only way to release the old versions and stories of yourself is to detach from all identities of that self that you have held onto for strength. It is time to remember the unity of love."

If we just trusted ourselves and our abilities to handle any situation, we'd be able to cure most of our anxiety.

Insecurity is deeply embedded and weaved into who we are. It is our lifelong duty to ourselves to slowly learn how to trust ourselves AND the universe. We can't experience true miracles without completely surrendering.

Our power lies in trusting in our own abilities and superpowers Those elements exist as the purest form of you. Loosen your grip, don't forget to breathe, and start believing in yourself.
