For all the tips I share in here I just want you to know that I am learning too. I’m far from perfect. I give these to you all because I was once an intern and resident feeling lost and struggling with these convos. While GeriPal fellowship isn’t for everyone, I hope these might save you. Residency training is still growing out of the old traditional ways of communicating and tbh I’ve seen it blow up too many times because of it.
