This year has dragged so many of us. Inflation, burnout, stress, feeling disconnected from ourselves…

a lot of women have been in survival mode, not self-care mode.

So we’ve let things slide—our routines, our joy, our femininity, our confidence… even the little moments that make us feel beautiful.

But here’s the part nobody talks about: The little girls in your life are watching. Your daughters. Your nieces. Your goddaughters. Even your students.
