This is one of the best workouts you can do at home with no need for the gym.

Muscles worked: it affects most the triceps as it is some times called triceps dips but it also works muscles like upper chest and the triangle muscle that extends from the neck to the shoulder to the lower back.

So i think this workout is perfect for home and you can do it 10 reps for 3 rounds 3 days a week to give time for the muscles to recover, you can start with your body weight and if you want to put extra weight you can get anything heavy in home and put it on your thigh..

How to know your daily needed protein?

First we should know the importance of protein for your body, well Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage and skin. In fact, your hair and nails are comprised mostly of protein.

It also helps your body in:
1:Speeding recovery after exercise and/or injury
2:Helping maintain a healthy weight
And many other benefits that we can't mention all

To calculate your daily need of protein:
1. If you are a beginner in working out, multiply your body weight in 1.5 ,for example if your body weight is 70 so 70x1.5 =105grams of protein

2. If you are professional, multiply your body weight in 2, for example if your body weight is 70 so 70x2 =140grams of protein

3 steps to lose thigh fats at home!!

Before anything you should stay active in your life style as this helps you to burn fats.

1. The most important is to be on healthy diet, stat away from sugar and sweets and make most of your food consist of vitamins like salad and of course your daily protein needed.

2. Workout at home no need for gym but for better results you should have some weight to exercise with like 5kg dumbells or anything heavy in your home such as bottle full of water, and it's two exercises focus to do it daily.
1:squats, you can start with your body weight and then use the dumbells or the bottle
2: lunges, and for this you should play it with the weight and each exercise play it for 10 reps in 3 rounds each.

All of us are working hard to be in best shape and lose weight and the hardest thing in loosing weight journey is the belly fat specific side belly fats or love handles but today iam going to give you some exercises that will help you to lose that love handles in home, but you should know that this won't make anything without being on proper diet if you don't know how to make proper diet for yourself comment below and we will help you.

1.Triangle pose: bend your body sideways and touch your left toe with your left hand and the other side also do this 20 reps for 3 rounds.

2.Russian twist: the most important as it targets many muscles not Just the side belly, Just sit with your legs stretched in front of you and arms joined ahead of you. Now lift up your legs so that they are not touching the ground. Now twist your torso from side to side along with your hands, without letting your feet touch the ground, do this 10-15 reps in 3 rounds.

3.one hand toe touch:Just sit and fold on of your left leg inwards and stretch the right one ahead of you. Now use your right hand to touch the toe of your right foot. Hold the position for at least 10 seconds in 3 rounds.

Before you start anything you should warm up your full body for 5 mins and have a bottle of water beside you

1. Leg lower:

Start with your legs at a 90-degree angle directly overhead.
Slowly lower your legs four to five inches so they are still hovering in the air and hold this position for 5-10 seconds.
Return to the 90-degree angle and repeat the exercise for 10 reps.

2. Mountain climber:
Start with the push up body position and make your leg move towrads your chest by switiching between your legs as you are riding a bicycle or climbing mountain
Repeat this exercise for 10 reps also

3. Russian twist:

Sit up straight with your knees bent and feet in front of you. Lift your feet about a foot off the ground and engage your cor.
Twist your entire upper body to one side, keeping your legs in front of you.
Repeat on the other side. Do 10 reps on each side.

4. Truck crunch extend:

Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your knees curled into your chest.
Extend your legs so that they are hovering about a foot above the ground and hold the position for a few seconds.
Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise 10 times

5. Half sit up:

Sit up straight with your knees bent and your feet placed on the ground directly in front of you.
Slowly lower your upper body four to five inches away from your feet and hold the position for five to 10 seconds.
Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise 10 times.

6. Plank: and finally you should end your workout with the plank exercise as if you don't know how to do it and its importance you can Check the last post on the page

Best exercise that focus on your whole body!!?

Yeah that exercise is the plank..

Why the plank..? If you do the plank everyday it will improve your body posture by strengthening your back, neck, chest, shoulder, abdominal muscles and burns belly fat for body weightloss

So if you get it hard to do start with level 1 in the photo with 20 seconds in 3 reps for about 1 week consistent if you see yourself becoming better move on to level 2 which is the normal plank and make sure before you move to level 3 that you are able to stay at least 30 seconds in each rep with level 2..
If you stick to this exercise Daily which won't take from your day like 10 mins you will feel better within 2 weeks and change your body 180 degree

Here are 5 tips to help you start working out at home

1. Build the habit into your daily routine: Build this small commitment into your morning and evening routines, right before something you would never start your morning or go to sleep without doing." For example, every morning and evening before brushing your teeth, perform 20 push-ups and 20 squats.

2. Make a workout space at home: it can really help you to make a small space for you in home to workout also psychological it's going to help and give you a good mood through your day.

3. Watch videos you love through your workout: this can help you not get bored and entertain you while exercising.

4. Try to have partner: if you have someone with you exercising together you will encourage each other, this partner can be your friend, brother, sister anyone you love.

Why to workout at home and not gym??

1- saves your time: you know nowadays gym can take alot of time from your day which can make you alot of times lazy and won't benefit your body , Working out from home takes no extra time, meaning there are no excuses.

2- saves your money: which I think is most important because gym membership is expensive and you can get same results maybe better from your home and with less money , Not only this, if you are constantly working and traveling, it can seem wasteful paying for a gym membership that you barely use.

3- Listen to your own music: When you can work out with your own music, you will feel much more motivated and enjoy the experience more; you can even sing without fear of being judged.

4- No need to worry about social anxiety: If you don’t enjoy being at the gym, you won’t get the full effect from your workout and are more likely to give up. If exercising in front of others makes you feel self-conscious or uncomfortable, you are not alone , If you enjoy exercising and can do so without feeling judged, you will come to love your home workouts and will spend more time doing them. You can also dress in whatever clothes you like.
