Chair dips workout at home!!
This is one of the best workouts you can do at home with no need for the gym.
Muscles worked: it affects most the triceps as it is some times called triceps dips but it also works muscles like upper chest and the triangle muscle that extends from the neck to the shoulder to the lower back.
So i think this workout is perfect for home and you can do it 10 reps for 3 rounds 3 days a week to give time for the muscles to recover, you can start with your body weight and if you want to put extra weight you can get anything heavy in home and put it on your thigh..
