β On Halloween, I moved ...
.. out of the tiny studio apartment I had lived in for exactly one year.
β₯ I made the decision to return home.
β I returned to a home thatβs been in my family for almost 50 years. π‘
β The first place I remember calling home.
β₯ A place that holds so much history for me and my body.
β I live in a multi-generational household, with my Silent Generation grandma, and my Zoomer younger cousin.
β I finally have a dog. πΆ
(Iβll tell that story later.)
β₯ I feel safe. I feel held. I feel cared for. I feel loved. I feel protected. I feel free to expand. I feel way more creative.
β I feel like I can make mistakes and my survival is not dependent on perfection.
β I can relax into receiving all the things God has for me instead of feeling like I have grind/hustle/chase after them.
β₯ I am happy to be home. I want to share all of the beautiful things that have been coming up for me since being here.
β My hope is that you choose to return home too. Your first home, your body, is begging for you to return.
β Return by taking a walk, dancing, giving yourself a massage, of indulging in deep cleansing breaths.
β₯ I hope that by returning to your first home you also feel loved, powerful, strong, held, protected, cared for, and free to expand within the entirety of your being.
