The Calming Spot We are a soundbath meditation studio located in Santa Monica we hold regular candlelight sessions in our studio and on the Beach, next to lifeguard tower 24.

Tell me our body’s aren’t incredible.

Our ears can sense movement smaller than an atom.

At the quietest level of human hearing, our eardrum can move about one picometer. That is approximately 0.00000000004 inches.

Sensory cells inside the cochlea convert this tiny vibration into electrical signals. The auditory nerve carries those signals to the auditory cortex, the part of your brain that processes sound.

This makes hearing one of the body’s most sensitive systems.

You may not be able to tell here in LA where September still feels like summer, but in most places it’s getting cooler and the leaves are beginning to change.

The leaves change color before they fall. They remind us that letting go is not the opposite of growing.

We don’t think every new chapter begins with becoming someone new.

Sometimes it begins with being honest about what has already ended.

On September 9, we’re gathering in our candlelit studio for a sound bath centered on completion, release and making room for what comes next.

Nine is associated with the closing of a cycle. Not forgetting what happened or forcing yourself to move on, but keeping the lesson without continuing to carry the weight.

Come with an old pattern, expectation, identity or chapter you’re ready to put down. You don’t need to have the right words for it, and you don’t need to be good at meditating.

Just lie down, let your body soften and allow the sound to meet you where you are.

You may not leave as a completely new person. You may simply leave feeling more like yourself again.

On Saturday, August 29, we’re gathering on Santa Monica Beach for a special evening of sound, ritual, and connection.

The Full Moon is often seen as a time of culmination, reflection, and release. A moment to notice what has been building, let go of what you no longer want to carry, and create space for what comes next.

Before the Sound Bath, explore mini sessions including psychic readings, Reiki, and intuitive offerings, then settle in for an immersive Sound Bath as the sun begins to set. We’ll close together with an Ocean Ceremony by the water. 🌊🌕

Virgo season offers a different way to see things.

Suddenly, the small things stand out. A conversation lingers longer than expected. Certain responsibilities feel heavier. An old routine stops making sense. Your body reacts before you have the words for why.

This season is about discernment. Paying closer attention to where your energy goes, what still deserves your time, and which parts of life have quietly become habit.

Being capable does not mean everything belongs on your shoulders. Awareness can be enough to change the way you move through your days.
